The business was founded by brothers Thomas and Peter Douvikas, and the Douvikas family continues to operate it today. In 1985, the family purchased the property at 825 Noyes Street, where D&D has been ever since.

The next generation of the Douvikas family carries the business forward today — same values, same food, same community.
